Jeera Rice is common & how about Jeera Dosa!!!
Ingredients
Dosa Batter - 1 cup (fermented or non-fermented will do)
Cumin Seeds - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 4-5 pods
Ginger - 2'' Chopped
Green Chilli - 1 ( increase or decrease as per ur taste)
Onion - 1 Medium
Besan - 2 tsp
Oil
Procedure
- In a mixer-grinder put garlic, cumin seeds, ginger, green chilli, onion & bring to a paste.
- Add the paste to the batter along with besan & mix it well so that the besan doesn't form any lumps.
- Heat the tawa and pour batter as we prepare the dosa. Drizzle some oil to cook.
- Serve it with any chutney, but to be frank you don't need any chutney with it.
