Jeera~Dosa

Jeera Rice is common & how about Jeera Dosa!!!

Ingredients

Dosa Batter - 1 cup (fermented or non-fermented will do)
Cumin Seeds - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 4-5 pods
Ginger - 2'' Chopped
Green Chilli - 1 ( increase or decrease as per ur taste)
Onion - 1 Medium
Besan - 2 tsp
Oil

Procedure

  1. In a mixer-grinder put garlic, cumin seeds, ginger, green chilli, onion & bring to a paste.
  2. Add the paste to the batter along with besan & mix it well so that the besan doesn't form any lumps.
  3. Heat the tawa and pour batter as we prepare the dosa. Drizzle some oil to cook.
  4. Serve it with any chutney, but to be frank you don't need any chutney with it.
