Summer is here...Need more fluid to Beat this Heat. Butter Milk being an easy to make drink it's very healthy too....
Curd - 1 Cup
Chilled water - 250 ml
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger - 1 '' piece
Salt as per taste
Procedure
- Blend the curd, green chilli, ginger along with salt till the ginger and chilli's are mixed properly.
- Now remove to a bowl and add water.
- Stain it before you serve.
