Capsicum Rings

Last week I borrowed a magazine "SAHELI" from my friend, there were many easy snack recipe's there and it was one among them, easy...healthy...& quick.

Gram Flour (Besan) - 4 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - adjust as per taste
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

Procedure
  1. In a bowl mix besan, red chilli powder, coriander powder, caraway seeds, salt and ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Make a batter of those ingredients with adding water.
  3. The batter must be of ribbon consistency.
  4. Wash & slice the capsicums into rings.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadai.
  6. Now dip the sliced capsicums and deep fry it in batches.
