Paneer Bhurji - A deadly combo with parante

I choosed Panner bhurji from Vegetarian Food & Me for Blog Hop Wednesday. I used to prepare panneer bhurji in different way and after trying Rasya's way it was YYYYuuuuuMMMMM...... I have little bit alteration from Rasaya's ingredients... Panner Bhurji is a deadly combination with parathe, fulka's, naan.....etc.

Ingredients:

Paneer - 100 gms
Capsicum - 1 Medium Size
Tomato - 1 Medium Size
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1 Medium Size (finely chopped)
Carrot - 1 Medium size
Green Chilli - 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger - Garlic - 1tbsp (freshly crushed)
Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp (freshly crushed)
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
oil - 3 tsp

Procedure:
  1. Chop Onions, capsicum, carrot, tomatoes, chilli and keep aside.
  2. Freshly crush garlic and ginger and keep aside.
  3. In a kadai put oil and carom seeds once it it is hot.
  4. Now add freshly crushed Ginger-Garlic into it. Put the chopped onion and sauté it till it turns red.
  5. Now add carrot, peas first because it takes time to cook then capsicum and tomatoes. Cook it for 3-5 minutes at a lower flame.
  6. Now add the tomatoes, capsicum, salt and freshly crushed black pepper.
  7. Work with your fingers to he the panner and put in the kadai.
  8. Let it cook for 2 more minutes now add garam masala and its ready to serve
