Running out of time or feeling lazy to cook Rice, Dal & a side dish I prefer Kadai Palao... :)
Rice - 1 Cup (Cooked)
Oil - 2 tbsp

Ginger-Garlic - 1 tbsp (Freshly Crushed) instead can use paste..
Onions - 1 Large (Sliced Finely)

Mixed Vegetables - 1 cup ( I used beans, carrot, green peas)
Tomato - 2 Medium ( Chopped into small cubes)

Salt - to taste
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp

Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
Procedure
- Soak and cook rice till done. Fluff up the grains in a large plate and cool slightly.
- In a kadai, heat oil. Splutter cumin seeds and add the freshly crushed Ginger-Garlic.
- Fry onions till they slightly brown.
- Add the tomatoes and cook for a minute.
- Add the chopped vegetables and saute for 3-5 minutes.
- Now add & mix turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to it and cover it for 2 minutes.
- Now add the cooked rice and toss them twice or thrice till the rice mixes with the vegetables.
- It's ready to be served.
- Serve it with Onion Raiata or simply curd... :)
