Bread dipped in egg~an healthy breakfast

An easy and healthy breakfast

 Ingredients

Bread - 4 Slices
Egg - 2
Besan - 2 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Oil - to fry 

Procedure 

1) Beat the eggs along with salt, besan, coriander powder, red chilli powder in a flat dish 
2) Add chopped coriander leaves, mix it  and keep aside. 
3) Heat oil in a kadai.
4) Cut the bread sliches into halves. 
5) Dip the bread slices into the beaten egg and fry it in the oil.
6) Turn it and fry until done.
7) Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
