Nutty~Choco Fudge

Some thing different From My Kitchen this Diwali :)

Ingredients:

Dark Chocolate - 500 gms
Condensed Milk - 1 tin ( I used Nestle Milkmaid - 400 gm)
Oats, powdered - 1/2 cup
Atta - 1 cup
Cashewnuts, chopped - 1/2 cup
Unsalted Butter - 2 tbsp

Procedure:

  1. In a kadai roast the oats till fragrant and let it cool in a plate.
  2. In the same kadai roast the atta till golden brown and fragrant. Keep aside.
  3. Grind the roasted oats.
  4. In the same kadai pour the whole tin of condensed milk and let it boil on a lower flame.
  5. Chop the dark chocolate and mix into the boiling condensed milk. Mix it properly so that the chocolate melts.
  6. Add the chopped cashew-nuts , roasted atta and powdered oats. Mix the dry ingredients well.
  7. Keep stirring over a low flame for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Add the butter and mix properly. Put off the flame.
  9. Pour the mixture in a properly lined plate or mold of your desire.
  10. Sprinkle the rest chopped nuts on the top and make cut marks of your wish as it makes easier to break into pieces.
  11. Let it cool for 1-2 hours in room temperature and its ready to serve.
